- Trip Pricing and Discounts: Trip prices may vary and are subject to change. We offer special discounts exclusively for families with children and large groups. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that trip prices do not cover expenses for food, beverages, transfers, or entry fees to any attractions.
- Travel Safely: We highly recommend that you have travel insurance in place for your trip.
- Onboard Etiquette: Smoking is strictly prohibited onboard our coaches. However, all our tours include frequent stops to accommodate smokers. We kindly ask that no hot food or beverages be consumed inside the coaches. Complimentary snacks or food may be provided at our discretion.
- Cancellation Policy: Please refer to the trip cancellation policy in the trip ”Cancellation Policy” tab.
- Trip Alterations: In rare circumstances, we may need to make changes to the trip’s date, location, or time. If such changes are necessary, we will notify you as early as possible. If a trip must be canceled for any reason, we will provide you with an alternative date or a full refund if the new date is not suitable for you.
- Trip Viability: All trips are subject to a minimum number of participants. If we do not have enough participants, we reserve the right to cancel the trip up to one day before the scheduled date. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative trip.
- Effective Communication: All communication with us should take place during our regular working hours and can be done through email or by contacting our mobile or landline numbers.
- Respectful Conduct: Our staff have the right to work in a safe and respectful environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, threats, or abusive behavior, whether over the phone or during the trip. Engaging in such behavior may result in your exclusion from the trip, and you will forfeit your full fee. We also reserve the right to refuse service to guests who have been abusive to our staff.
- Pickup: Passengers are required to be present at the pickup point at least 10 minutes prior to coach departure.
- Return: All passengers must be present at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before coach departure to ensure timely boarding.
- Weather Conditions: Trips will take place regardless of rain or sunshine.
- Special Services: While we strive to accommodate all our travelers, please note that our services do not include specialized assistance or care. If you require such support, we kindly ask that you arrange it by yourself.
