To avoid cancellation fees, cancellations must be communicated to the reservations department at least 15 days or more prior to the departure date. Cancellations made between 11 and 15 days before the departure date will incur a charge of 50% of the offered rates. In case of a 'No Show' or cancellations made 10 days or less before the departure date, 100% of the offered rates will be charged, applicable to both groups and individuals.

Our first common language is English. In case you are a group of at least 10 (Adults) we serve in your own language.

Rates are based on a minimum of two guests; an additional charge applies for solo travelers. All rates are subject to change and may vary if bookings are not confirmed in a timely manner. Confirmation is subject to availability at the time of reservation, and quoted prices may change without prior notice due to hotel rate fluctuations. Tours Globe is committed to a safe and respectful environment for all participants and staff. Any form of harassment, threats, or abusive behavior—verbal, physical, or written—will result in removal from the tour without refund. We also reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who have previously exhibited abusive conduct toward our team. Photos or videos may be taken during the tour for promotional use; by joining, you consent to your image being used unless you notify us in writing in advance. While we strive to accommodate all guests, our services do not include specialized assistance or personal care. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. All payments must be made to the official bank account of Tours Globe Ltd or through a secure payment link provided by us. It is your responsibility to ensure valid passports, visas, and necessary travel documents are in order; Tours Globe will not be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect documentation. Travelers must ensure they are fit to travel and participate in the activities in their chosen package. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Tours Globe reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or operational issues. Where possible, equivalent alternatives will be offered. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip, and Tours Globe is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

A full advance payment or a minimum of 50% is required to confirm your booking. If your travel date is more than three months away, you may opt to pay in installments of 25% each. However, please ensure that the full payment is completed at least 21 days before your departure.
