Rates are based on a minimum of two guests; an additional charge applies for solo travelers. All rates are subject to change and may vary if bookings are not confirmed in a timely manner. Confirmation is subject to availability at the time of reservation, and quoted prices may change without prior notice due to hotel rate fluctuations. Tours Globe is committed to a safe and respectful environment for all participants and staff. Any form of harassment, threats, or abusive behavior—verbal, physical, or written—will result in removal from the tour without refund. We also reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who have previously exhibited abusive conduct toward our team. Photos or videos may be taken during the tour for promotional use; by joining, you consent to your image being used unless you notify us in writing in advance. While we strive to accommodate all guests, our services do not include specialized assistance or personal care. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. All payments must be made to the official bank account of Tours Globe Ltd or through a secure payment link provided by us. It is your responsibility to ensure valid passports, visas, and necessary travel documents are in order; Tours Globe will not be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect documentation. Travelers must ensure they are fit to travel and participate in the activities in their chosen package. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. The company reserves the right to cancel any tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient bookings, natural disasters, or events beyond our control. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any payments made. Pickup times, meeting points, and destinations are subject to change due to traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated as early as possible via the contact details provided at the time of booking. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip, and Tours Globe is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

A full advance payment or a minimum of 50% is required to confirm your booking. If your travel date is more than three months away, you may opt to pay in installments of 25% each. However, please ensure that the full payment is completed at least 21 days before your departure.

All bookings are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation or no-show.
