Our first common language is English. In case you are a group of at least 10 (Adults) we serve in your own language.

Rates are based on a minimum of two guests, with an additional charge for solo travelers, and are subject to change if bookings are not confirmed in a timely manner. It is your responsibility to ensure valid passports, visas, and other travel documents; Tours Globe is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect documentation. Our tours do not include specialized assistance or care; please arrange this independently if needed. Travelers must be fit to participate in the activities included in their chosen package, and we strongly recommend travel insurance. Tours Globe reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety, or operational concerns, providing equivalent alternatives where possible. The tour will proceed even in rain or cloudy weather, with no refunds for such conditions. While we strive to ensure safe and enjoyable experiences, Tours Globe is not liable for injuries, illnesses, delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party services or force majeure events, and guests participate at their own risk. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; Tours Globe is not liable for loss, theft, or damage. Photos or videos may be taken for promotional use, and by joining, you consent unless you opt out in writing. Tours Globe fosters a safe and respectful environment, and any form of harassment or abusive behavior will result in removal from the tour without refund. All payments must be made to the official Tours Globe Ltd bank account or via a secure payment link provided by us. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A full advance payment or a minimum of 50% is required to confirm your booking. If your travel date is more than three months away, you may opt to pay in installments of 25% each. However, please ensure that the full payment is completed at least 21 days before your departure.

To avoid cancellation fees, cancellations must be communicated to the reservations department at least 15 days or more prior to the departure date. Cancellations made between 11 and 15 days before the departure date will incur a charge of 50% of the offered rates. In case of a 'No Show' or cancellations made 10 days or less before the departure date, 100% of the offered rates will be charged, applicable to both groups and individuals.
