Holiday 2024/25 opening hours are as follows: On Monday, 23 December 2024, the operating hours are from 09:00 to 21:00. On Tuesday, 24 December 2024, the hours are from 09:00 to 17:00. The experience will be closed on Wednesday, 25 December 2024. From Thursday, 26 December to Monday, 30 December 2024, the hours are 09:00 to 21:00. On Tuesday, 31 December 2024, it will operate from 09:00 to 23:00, and on Wednesday, 1 January 2025, from 09:00 to 21:00. Usual opening hours will resume from 2 January 2025.

Additional Notes
Additional notes include that one-way journeys take up to 10 minutes, although this may vary depending on passenger flow and weather conditions. During busy times, shared cars may be introduced to manage queues and enhance the customer experience. The IFS Cloud Cable Car may also temporarily close due to the threat of lightning and thunder in the immediate area or very strong winds.
