The above rate is applicable for a minimum of 2 guests, with an extra charge for solo travelers, and is subject to change if not booked on time; confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking, and quotes may vary without prior notice due to fluctuations in hotel prices. Trips require a minimum number of participants, and we reserve the right to cancel the trip if this is not met, offering a full refund. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward our staff, who have the right to work in a safe and respectful environment; such actions may result in exclusion from the trip without a refund, and we reserve the right to refuse service to abusive guests. While we strive to accommodate all travelers, specialized assistance or care is not included in our services and must be arranged independently. Tours Globe may take photographs or videos during the trip for promotional purposes. By joining our tours, you consent to the use of such media unless you explicitly opt out in writing. Additionally, children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.

Trip Payment Policy
A full advance payment or a minimum of 50% is required to confirm your booking. If your travel date is more than three months away, you may opt to pay in installments of 25% each. However, please ensure that the full payment is completed at least 21 days before your departure.

Trip Cancellations and “No Show” Policy
To avoid cancellation fees, cancellations must be communicated to the reservations department at least 30 days before the arrival date. Cancellations made within 15 days of the arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the offered rates. In cases of "No Show" or cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival for both groups and individuals, 100% of the offered rates will be charged.
